Message frequency varies based on ticket activity. Customers can generally expect up to 3 messages per active repair ticket. No messages are sent once a ticket has been picked up.

You may cancel Program participation at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been
